I highly recommend e-Solar from their competitive prices to their fast installation wait time but most of all their customer service was amazing Christy in the office made the whole process easy but not only that she went above and beyond to help me with getting my meter changed which is not part of their job. Adel the installer was just as amazing from installing the whole system by himself not one broken tile,no mess left and he even made the time to run through how the inverter worked and helped set up the app on my phone.A job very well done by the e-Solar team

I have been a customer of e-Solar since 2013, our system is a stand alone system, totally off grid. Periodically we have updated the system and do the updates ourselves, purchasing and installing the new components. At every stage of the updates, Silvio has advised us on how to correctly install the components. His expertise and knowledge have allowed us to perform the updates ourselves. He is always available to discuss our needs in a friendly professional manner. I will be using e-Solar for any future purchasers when and if needed. Had our solar system installed by the e-Solar team. Christy was a stunning and informative saleswoman who made us feel unpressured into our choice with e-Solar however sold us with her knowledge and genuine nature.Install day was done by Joe and Glen who were phenomenal. Customer service was above and beyond and they took great care in making sure we understood our system. They worked very hard and efficiently and took great care to replace roof tiles they didn't need to and I am very grateful for it. I contacted e-Solar after reading their advert in the local newspaper. I was drawn to their offering of the latest 400W panel at the same price as the more readily available 330W panels. Whist I have extensive space on my roof to allow any number and size configuration of panels, I was needing to be particularly mindful of the visual aesthetics from the two street frontages my home has.In addition to the three from Solar, in quotes I was specific on which two roof faces were available for panels - on my estimate, I was >.< that close to *not* being able to install a 20 panel system (6.6kw) but could *very* easily install a 6.4kW system with 16 panels. Wife Acceptance Factor was very HIGH this time around as we had moved into what could be considered her dream home and there was nothing that was going to impact on our enjoyment of this house.This is now my second solar system after moving house and following four years with my previous install, I knew what to expect this time around in regards to how they work, payback, brands and warranties. (My previous installer was fantastic, although the second time they kind of over-complicated the process with a single quote of an expensive system and I think they did not appreciated my particular system requirements)The owner and General Manager of e-Solar, Silvio contacted me directly and almost immediately following my email enquiry and put my mind at ease that my requirements could be met 100%. He quoted me on a 6.6kW x 20 panel system with the assurance that if the installer could not fit the system to my requirements with the 20x330W panels then he will install the 16x400W panels at no additional cost.A number of other installers offered *too* many options - X panel with Y inverter, Z panel with W inverter and all permutations and combinations in between. I felt that some could not back a particular brand or system and cast their nets too far and wide in the hope of snagging any sale. Not e-Solar - We offer this system as we know it works". And that is all the system I need to meet all my requirements.In addition

e-Solar was recommended to me by my niece who has had two systems installed by them. I had my second system installed last week and my brother also had his done a few months ago. That's five systems of which the oldest is probably around four years old and the newest just one week. We have not had any problems at all. Most importantly, we have received great service from Christy who is very helpful and always calls back if she can't take a call. My installation last week was done by Joe and Glen. Both were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The installation was neat and tidy and the setup and commissioning went very smoothly. The only correct solar company that should exist. Best job done, installed exactly how I requested it. I wanted a system with less panels so we opted for the 450w panels. Just brilliant.
